Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes, is hiring a A2R DS Team Lead in Taguig, Philippines. You will lead accounting for Inventory, COGS and related costs, ensuring timely closing, accuracy, and SOX compliance. The role requires 4–6 years of experience, 1–2 years in people management, and strong English communication.

You'll work with global teams to maintain strong internal controls, optimize processes, and support audits while aligning with worldwide policies and SAP-based ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.
• 4–6 years of professional experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate accounting for Inventory, Distribution, Costing and OCNI S.
• Manage closing processes and SOX/compliance requirements.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
• Provide on-the-job training for new joiners/partners.
• Support auditors and legal authorities as needed.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams for global standards.
