Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a A2R DPS Senior Team Lead in Taguig, Philippines. You will manage the accounting operations for the GSF area, ensure timely closes, and maintain strong internal controls.

Lead a team of 5 or more, drive continuous improvement, and partner with global stakeholders to align regional activities with worldwide standards. This role involves up to 10–20% international travel and flexible shifts to coordinate with global regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Supervisory/1st Line Leader role in a Shared Service or BPO.
• Experience in managing 5+ team members.
• Strong track record in Continuous Improvement and process transformation.
• Experience in a Global Account to Report function of a multi-national company.
• Experience in at least 1 migration of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting team (short-term leadership for B25 and below associates).
• Execute accounting and daily operations for GSF Accounting process area.
• Ensure timely closing and adherence to SOX and internal controls.
• Support audits and regulatory authorities with required activities.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing Credo-based team.
• Act as trusted business partner by aligning global strategy with local responsibilities.
