Job summary

Swak BPO Corp in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Philippines, seeks a Staff Accountant - A/R Operations Specialist to join our growing finance team. You will own portions of the customer billing and A/R process, review invoices, apply payments, and support month-end close.

The role emphasizes accuracy, ERP system experience (BC, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct), advanced Excel, and data analysis to resolve discrepancies, with opportunities to automate and improve controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in A/R or accounting operations.
Experience reviewing accounting transactions independently.
Strong ERP experience with listed systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own portions of the customer billing and A/R process from validation to posting and reconciliation.
Review high-risk or nonstandard billing activity and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare customer account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Support month-end close activities related to A/R and related accounts.
Perform secondary invoice review and ensure accuracy and compliance.
