Key responsibilities include preparing customer invoices, managing aging reports, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Strong numerical skills and proficiency in NetSuite are expected.

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment processing.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records, aging, credits, collections, uncollectible amounts and differences.
• Perform daily cash management activities, including deposits, cash receipt logs, posting receipts to AR sub-ledger.
• Monitor and collect outstanding AR by contacting clients via phone, email, and mail.
• Create customer invoices based on consignment reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Shipping and other departments to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare and maintain AR aging, open orders, and pending payment reports.

Your Role

• Gather and verify invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment processing.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records, ensuring aging is up to date and credits, collections, uncollectible amounts, and miscellaneous differences are properly recorded and cleared.
• Perform daily cash management activities, including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash receipts to the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger.
• Monitor and collect outstanding Accounts Receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
• Create customer invoices based on consignment reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to resolve billing and payment-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable aging, open orders, and pending payment reports.
