Emapta Philippines invites a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team supporting Singapore-based precast projects. The role focuses on producing detailed precast shop drawings and coordinating with architects and engineers.

You will work on Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate detailing per Singapore standards, while benefiting from a supportive global-expert environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in precast construction, preferably on Singapore projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes and workflows.
• 3+ years hands-on with Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
• Strong reinforcement detailing and precast methodologies.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate detailed precast shop drawings per project requirements.
• Interpret and review architectural and structural drawings for accurate modeling and detailing.
• Apply precast design practices per Singapore standards.
• Perform reinforcement detailing per design specifications and quality requirements.
• Support BIM Lead in developing precast details, layouts, and assemblies.
• Implement and maintain drawing management system standards and filing procedures.
• Conduct clash detection between AR and CS using 3D BIM models.
• Perform quality checks on shop drawings prior to production and casting submission.
• Deliver shop drawings within committed timelines with high quality.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing clarifications.
• Maintain Master Drawing List to track status and progress.
• Support tender modeling activities as required.
• Perform additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing and precast construction methodologies
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards

• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and site personnel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate detailed precast shop drawings in accordance with project requirements

• Perform reinforcement detailing in accordance with design specifications and quality requirements

• Implement and maintain Drawing Management System (DMS) standards, documentation, workflows, and filing procedures
• Conduct clash detection between Architectural (AR) and Civil/Structural (CS) disciplines using 3D BIM models
• Perform quality checks on shop drawings prior to production and casting submission
• Deliver shop drawings within committed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing clarifications and technical requirements
• Maintain and update the Master Drawing List (MDL) to track drawing status and project progress
• Support tender modeling activities as required
• Perform additional duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the BIM Lead
