Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Hands-on mainframe and distributed environment experience
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management tooling
• Strong troubleshooting and disaster recovery skills

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of major incidents and coordinate cross-team response
• Troubleshoot in complex, regulated environments across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid platforms
• Review designs to identify operational gaps and improve performance
• Maintain monitoring and alerting across distributed environments
• Support audit requests with documentation and evidence
• Participate in disaster recovery procedures and BCM evidence collection
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure operational readiness
