Job summary

AMEERATEL INC. in Cebu City is looking for a reliable Network and System Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure in a fast-paced BPO environment, ensuring high availability and stable network performance for 24/7 operations.

You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, monitor uptime, manage Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory, handle access control, perform updates and backups, and support VoIP and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in network/system administration, preferably in BPO.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and security.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime for LAN/WAN/Internet.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and outages.
• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud environments.
• Handle user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Perform updates, patching, and backups.
