Qualifications

• 1+ year in monitoring or infrastructure support.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, New Relic, Dynatrace, SAP Monitoring or BMC TrueSight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 network, server, and application health.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents.
• Perform first-level fixes and ticket management.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure and Application teams.
• Ensure proper ticket handover and SLA compliance.
