Responsibilities

• Lead TAC team during assigned shifts
• Monitor critical data center infrastructure
• Manage incidents from detection to resolution
• Serve as primary operational contact for customers during incidents
• Coordinate with Site Operations, Engineering, Security, IT, contractors and vendors
• Ensure SOP/EOP/MOP compliance and maintain shift documentation
• Support planned maintenance and change management
• Drive continuous improvement in service reliability and efficiency
