LUXASIA Philippines is seeking an entry-level finance support professional to assist with accounts payable, tax compliance, and documentation for a leading luxury beauty brand-builder in Asia Pacific. You will review invoices, reconcile SOAs, and help prepare tax schedules, TA liquidations, and payment advices.

Support accounting processes including accounts payable, tax compliance, and documentation for a leading luxury beauty brand-builder in Asia Pacific.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Receive and conduct initial review of vendor invoices for accounts payable processing
• Reconcile vendor Statements of Account (SOAs)
• Assist in preparing and sending payment advice
• Scan and properly file financial and administrative documents
• Summarize details of Travel Allowance (TA) liquidation invoices and support communication of TA review findings
• Assist in the preparation of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) returns and prepare supporting tax schedules and documentation
• Perform other relevant administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned
