Job summary

LUXASIA in the Philippines is inviting a university student intern to join our Retail Operations team. You will visit stores, check standards, assist with inventory and product catalogs, and help coordinate store transfers and supplier sourcing.

You will work with Retail Assistants on everyday tasks, gain hands-on experience in beauty retail operations, and develop strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in retail operations, beauty, or consumer goods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Willing to conduct field visits to stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store visits and perform comprehensive store checks to ensure operational standards.
• Consolidate and analyze sales reports to extract qualitative data and insights.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring and reconciliation.
• Facilitate the booking and coordination of store-to-store product transfers.
• Creation and updating of product catalogs.
• Support the sourcing of new suppliers for store operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for daily store staff inquiries, providing timely assistance and support.
• Assist in the preparation and opening of new retail stores.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Assistants on daily tasks and projects.
