LUXASIA is hiring a marketing support role in Metro Manila. You will assist in implementing marketing plans, coordinate with suppliers, write client-facing copies, and help with PR kits.

Ideal candidates are beauty lovers with strong writing and organizational skills, able to work under pressure on a 3-4 month contract, and comfortable with fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for events and in-store initiatives and permit processing.
• Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with guidance from Marketing Manager/Asst. Product Manager.
• Create post-mortem reports – analyze sales data and suggest next steps.
• Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
• Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values and track brand presence online and in news.
• Support for special ad-hoc projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordination with third-party suppliers for events and in-store initiatives and permit processing.
• Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with the approval of Marketing Manager/ Asst. Product Manager
• Creation of post-mortem reports – analyze sales data and be able to come up with solutions and next steps.
• Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate the packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
• Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values- keeping track of the brand’s social media presence and news articles.
• Provide support for special ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Has a passion for all things beauty
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
• Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media
• Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Open and willing for a 3-4 months contract
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
• Photo and video editing skills is a plus
