You will review invoices, reconcile SOAs, and help prepare tax schedules, TA liquidations, and payment advices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review vendor invoices for accounts payable processing.
• Reconcile vendor Statements of Account (SOAs).
• Assist in preparing and sending payment advice.
• Scan and file financial and administrative documents.
• Summarize TA liquidation invoices and support TA review findings.
• Assist in preparing BIR returns and tax schedules.
• Perform other finance-related administrative tasks.
