Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking a Call Center Trainer with a FINRA Series 6 or 7 license. The successful candidate will conduct training sessions for call center staff and must have at least one year of relevant training experience. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. This position is on-site in Taguig and may require night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active or expired FINRA Series 6 or 7 license (the company will support license renewal).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant training experience.
• Experience in training facilitation with a background in life insurance.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least two years of college with no incomplete or failed subjects
• Active or expired FINRA Series 6 or 7 license (the company will support license renewal). Open to candidates without FINRA licenses as well
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant training experience
• Experience in training facilitation, preferably with a background in life insurance
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig
• Open to working night shifts on a rotating schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
