TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a BPO Team Leader for the CSR Insurance Account (FINRA Licensed Series 6 or 7) with a 100K signing bonus. Start date is August 12, 2025. The role is onsite in Taguig and requires leadership experience along with strong English communication skills.

Ideal candidates will manage operations, coach agents, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment, while adapting to a rotating night-shift schedule. Onsite work in Taguig is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least two years of college with no incomplete or failed subjects.
• Active or expired FINRA Series 6 or 7 license (company will support license renewal).
• Willing to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant leadership or supervisory experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
