Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and requests related to investment and brokerage accounts.
• Assist with account servicing, transactions, and financial services concerns.

• Resolve customer issues professionally with high satisfaction levels.
• Process account-related requests accurately within SLAs.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Follow FINRA regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Document interactions and account activities in the systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or additional support.

What We Offer

• Salary: Up to ₱75,000/month
• Signing-On Bonus: Up to ₱100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests related to investment and brokerage accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in financial services, banking, investment, brokerage, or account servicing.
• Active/valid FINRA Series 6 license required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial services and customer account processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Comfortable working in a 100% onsite environment.
• Willing to work on a schedule aligned with the business/client requirements.
• Available to start ASAP.
