Job summary

Pimsgoc in Manila is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive demand for our medical products through doctors, dentists, and allied professionals, including nurses, midwives, pharmacists, and purchasers.

You will promote adoption in hospitals, clinics, nurseries, and delivery areas, manage your territory to meet promotional and sales targets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and secure recommendations/endorsements from doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, and purchasers.
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating room, and delivery room.
• Ensure territory management to meet promotions, sales targets, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
