Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an experienced content operations professional to execute 1:1 marketing content via email, SMS, and direct mail. You will collaborate with creative, campaign, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant communications that perform well.

The role requires 3–5+ years in direct marketing content operations, with experience in journey orchestration tools, CMS, tagging, QA, and analytics dashboards. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in direct marketing content operations, preferably in regulated industries.
• Experience with journey orchestration tools, CMS, tagging, QA processes and analytics dashboards.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content drafting with strong governance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute 1:1 direct marketing content across email, SMS, and direct mail.
• Build and maintain content modules, ensuring version control and approvals.
• Set up, QA, and launch campaigns including segmentation and personalization rules
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support AI-enabled content workflows with human review for brand alignment.
• Conduct A/B testing and update playbooks based on results.
• Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, and opt-in trends.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to meet HIPAA, TCPA, ADA standards.
