Bonus structure (Up to $20k in bonuses if targets are met)

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for commercial and residential new build projects.
• Develop feasibility estimates and cost plans to support early project decision-making and tender strategy.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and meetings to clarify scope, pricing, and programme requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Supervisors to achieve approved project budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Review drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Manage subcontractor pricing, including issuing trade packages, reviewing submissions, and participating in commercial negotiations.
• Update and maintain estimating databases, cost plans, and internal systems to ensure accurate reporting and traceability.
• Ensure estimating activities meet internal governance requirements, deadlines, and agreed KPIs driving performance and tender success rates.
• Participate in tender handovers and provide ongoing estimating and commercial support during project mobilisation as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes, systems, and cost data.
• Other duties as directed by management.
