As Team Leader, you will provide daily operational guidance and leadership to a team of 7+ Mental Health Coaches. Reporting to the Before Blue Operations Manager, you’ll ensure the delivery of high‑quality mental health support and coaching services, foster a positive team culture, and drive performance aligned with Beyond Blue’s mission. A key focus of this role is workforce planning and scheduling, ensuring service delivery meets demand forecasts and adheres to our model of care. You will also leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to optimise operational efficiency.
