About the role

This position sits within our Before Blue team. Blue is a trusted mental health solution for Australian workplaces, developed by Beyond Blue and backed by over a decade of real‑world results.

As Team Leader, you will provide daily operational guidance and leadership to a team of 7+ Mental Health Coaches. Reporting to the Before Blue Operations Manager, you’ll ensure the delivery of high‑quality mental health support and coaching services, foster a positive team culture, and drive performance aligned with Beyond Blue’s mission. A key focus of this role is workforce planning and scheduling, ensuring service delivery meets demand forecasts and adheres to our model of care. You will also leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to optimise operational efficiency.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, health, mental health, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, scheduling and workforce planning, ideally within a fast‑paced service environment.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models and forecasting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organisational, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a results‑driven, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
  • Experience or interest in the mental health or healthcare sector (desirable).
