An innovative outdoor gear company is seeking a Head of eCommerce Marketing. We are an omnichannel brand moving at a pace most companies can't fathom. We don’t need a "Manager" who sits in meetings and talks about "Brand Synergy." We need a Head of eCommerce Marketing, the one who stays on the tools and builds the engine.
You’ll report to our COO who is a seasoned operator who has spent his career building and scaling high performance digital businesses. He has zero patience for fluff. If you are elite at your role, you will have more autonomy and trust here than you’ve ever had.
While you'll have specialists to help, when the pressure is on, you are the execution. You build the landing page. You write the copy. You adapt the creative. You don't "brief" a two-week turnaround; you use AI to do it in 20 minutes.
Work Arrangement: We offer a flexible, hybrid environment. You can work from home three days a week and join us in our Acacia Ridge HQ for two days. If you prefer being in the office full-time, our doors are always open.
Owning the Numbers: You own the eCommerce revenue and the contribution margin. If we’re growing but losing money, you’ve failed.
The "Maker" Grind: You’ll be in Shopify Plus and Klaviyo every single day. If you haven't personally sent a segmented SMS campaign or A/B tested a PDP this week, you’re moving too slow.
Creative Warfare: You’ll use Canva and Adobe to personally whip up assets. We don’t wait for agencies. We iterate fast, we test hard, and we ship.
AI as a Multiplier: We expect you to be an AI power user. If you aren't using LLMs to sharpen copy and generative tools to scale creative output, you aren't the right fit for our pace.
Inventory Intelligence: You’ll partner with supply chain and merchandising to ensure campaigns are stock-aware. You don't run a promo on a product that’s out of stock.
Profitable eCommerce revenue growth and an improved CAC:LTV ratio.
Lightning-fast campaign execution cycles for major events (Black Friday, EOFY, Power Blitzes).
Measurable lifts in onsite conversion rate (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV).
Relentless: You don't wait for permission. You find the bottleneck and break it.
Resourceful: You can build a high-converting funnel with "two sticks and a piece of string" if you have to.
Un-Corporate: If you’re looking for a "Director" title and a team of 10 subordinates to do your work, keep scrolling.
Technical: You know Shopify Plus like the back of your hand. You understand GTM, attribution, and how to read a P&L.
Zero Bureaucracy: We hate meetings. We love results.
