IDSystems is seeking a diligent Warehouse Officer to manage goods receipt, inventory control, and timely issuance of parts, ensuring safety and orderly storage.

You'll conduct regular stock checks, maintain documentation, and coordinate with operations to keep materials ready for use. English communication is a must. On-site role at Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang, and Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1–3 years experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Strong English language communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute goods receipt processes and ensure accurate recording and storage of incoming materials.
• Maintain tools and materials to ensure safety and readiness for operation.
• Conduct regular stock opname and inventory checks to prevent discrepancies and document movements.
• Ensure warehouse area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards; perform duties as assigned.

Responsible for managing warehouse operations including goods receiving, inventory control, material issuance, and ensuring tools and materials are properly stored, documented, and ready for operational use in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities:

• Execute goods receipt processes, ensuring all incoming materials and parts are accurately checked, recorded, and stored.
• Maintain tools and materials to ensure proper functionality, safety, and readiness for operational use.
• Conduct regular stock opname and periodic inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Issue parts and materials according to operational needs while maintaining proper documentation and tracking.
• Ensure the warehouse area is well-organized, clean, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Department Head to support overall warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations, with proven expertise in delivery handling and warehouse management.
• Open for Fresh Graduate with similar Internship experience and or similar studies Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A proactive, self-driven individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Willing to work at Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang, and Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta (as needed)
