Eezee Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a procurement analyst for a 6-month contract to conduct market research, identify and onboard new suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms to support sourcing strategies.

You will oversee purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions while tracking inventory movements and deliveries with 3PL partners. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential to meet SLA and improve workflow.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines).
• 2–3 years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience encouraged.
• Based in Jakarta.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier performance, and emerging business opportunities.
• Lead product research and proactively source, identify, and onboard new suppliers and vendors to diversify and strengthen procurement options.
• Negotiate favourable contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee and ensure accurate, timely processing of purchase orders and all supplier-related transactions.
• Manage supplier relationships by promptly addressing any faulty items, delays, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all orders, payments, inventory movements, and received stock.
• Take ownership of packaging, repacking, dispatch, and delivery bookings, coordinating with 3PL partners to monitor delivery status and resolve issues.
• Monitor and ensure all deliveries meet SLA requirements, including system updates and closure upon fulfilment.
• Follow up on delayed or rescheduled orders to ensure timely issueresolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Foster strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.

Job Description:

Qualifications / Requirement:
