MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas invites you to join as Supervisor of Uniforms at MGM Grand. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, enforce policies, and ensure timely delivery of clean, well‑fitting uniforms while maintaining high standards of guest service.

You will collaborate with departments, schedule attendance, track inventory, and coordinate with events for costume distribution. The role requires 18+, a HS diploma, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.

THE STARTING RATE: $28.846

The Day-to-day

• Oversee all employees and daily functions while enforcing company policies and procedures, assist in the management of Human Resource responsibilities including creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment
• Complete administrative duties including (but not limited to): inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards; take corrective action; create, schedule and track employee attendance; order supplies and uniforms for inventory; create requisitions, charge them to the appropriate department and file all matched paperwork together with the requisition; conduct interviews and assist management in the hiring process
• Work closely with all departments within the hotel regarding employee uniforms, assist employees with uniform
• replacements and upgrades, communicate and coordinate implementation of new uniform programs, coordinate projects with the Special Events department to include costume distribution to employees working events
• Maintain open communication with Uniform Assistant Manager and/or Uniform Manager to relay any problems, concerns or suggestions from employees
• Input new information into Invotech, run Invotech reports, schedule maintenance for conveyor system and document repairs
• Conduct inventory counts of existing uniform stock, order uniforms through the purchasing system to maintain inventory at par levels and contact appropriate person for past-due orders, and reconcile and record laundry and dry‑cleaning counts

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be at least 18 years old required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience required
• Experience as a supervisor preferred
