Pax8 is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Channel Account Managers in presales and post-sales deployments for cloud solutions in multiple categories to MSPs across Thailand. This office-based role in Bangkok requires strong pre-sales experience and customer-service focus.

You will demonstrate Pax8 solutions, guide initial configurations, assist with POCs and RFIs, and collaborate with the Sales team as a product SME. Strong communication and a service mindset are essential.

Formación

Overview

Pax8 is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Channel Account Managers (CAM) in a presales effort to sell cloud solutions in Productivity, Continuity, Security, Infrastructure and Operations categories to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) of all levels, in various industries, across Thailand. The Solution What you will do as a Solutions Engineer at Pax8: Solutions Engineer will deliver pre-sales cloud product demonstration experiences to our Partners as well as post-sales deployment and configuration assistance. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Employees are expected to work from the office.

Day to day

Let’s look at your day to day as a Solutions Engineer: Demonstrating the technical and commercial value of a selection of Pax8 Solutions. Driving initial configuration and architecture guidance for a variety of customer environments. Assisting partners with proof-of-concept deployments and responding to RFIs. Working closely with our Sales team as a subject matter expert for a particular product set. Provide demonstration of select solutions and produce product specific guides and videos. Ability to be customer service oriented and work well in a collaborative environment. Driven and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years technical and/or pre-sales experience.
• Have a desire to constantly learn new and challenging platforms.
• Possess ability to blend technical and social engagement.
• Have the skill to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
• Are genuinely passionate about customer service.
• Are undaunted by troubleshooting deployments in unknown ecosystems.
• Have a certification in any 1 of the following areas: Microsoft MS900, MS100, MS101, AZ900, CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+.
• In order to fulfil this role, you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.
