Pax8 is hiring a ServiceNow Developer I in Makati City, Philippines. The role focuses on designing, configuring and delivering ServiceNow improvements, building scalable platform solutions and integrating with other business systems. You will participate in sprints, provide testing support and help document technical guidance.

You’ll work in a fast-moving, hybrid environment with a focus on automation, AI-enabled tooling, and continuous improvement across Pax8's ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP.
