Dekoruma in Peru is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Associate to manage quotes, POs, billing, and lead follow-ups while guiding potential customers through the sales process.

You will build long-term client relationships, hit monthly targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex requests. Minimum 1 year in retail or B2B sales is required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and willingness to engage in offline canvassing completes the profile.

• Manage B2B orders accurately, including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), billing, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through strong conversion, negotiation, and effective closing.
• Handle B2B inquiries from end to end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex requests.
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups, cross-selling, upselling, and repeat orders.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or B2B sales, preferably in the interior, furniture, or property industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct offline approaches/canvassing activities.
