Dekoruma in Lima is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates for interior projects, monitor budgets, and negotiate with suppliers. Your role will coordinate with design and construction teams to align on goals.

The ideal candidate has a 2–3 year track record in interior design or construction, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with quantity surveying software such as Excel. The position offers a dynamic startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in interior design or construction projects.
• Professional certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (Excel or similar).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
