Page Group Vietnam is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide broad legal support across the Vietnam business, taking primary responsibility for risk and compliance.

The role covers corporate, commercial, employment, and dispute resolution matters, with involvement in project development, strategic investments, and M&A activities. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Vietnam.
• 7+ years' PQE across corporate, commercial, employment, and disputes.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, investment, labour, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts and providing business-focused legal advice.
• Risk and compliance experience including AML, anti-bribery, data privacy, governance.
• Experience with M&A, project development, infrastructure, or energy sectors is advantageous.
• Fluent English and ability to work across international teams.

Description

The successful candidate will play a lead role in developing and maintaining the company's risk and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, anti-bribery and corruption standards, data privacy obligations, and internal governance policies. Working closely with both local and regional stakeholders, they will provide practical, commercially focused advice while helping the business navigate a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
