Job summary

AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards, is expanding its Sales & Customer Excellence Team in Leoben, Austria. We seek a passionate professional to drive sales activities, connect with customers and uncover new opportunities with a strong customer focus.

You will work across Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, analyze data with Excel/Power BI, contribute to CRM, SAP and ServiceNow, and help document improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, process management, business analysis, project support or reporting; internships welcome.
• Understanding of Lead-to-Order and/or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM, SAP or ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Structured, accurate and proactive with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with interest in process improvement, digital tools and automation.
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.

• Prepare user guides and training materials and assist training sessions

In this role, you will be part of driving our sales activities forward, connecting with customers and uncovering new business opportunities. With curiosity, initiative and a strong customer focus, you will help turn opportunities into lasting business relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Work alongside Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash process leads, keeping processes, requirements, decisions and improvement actions documented and up to date
• Analyze operational data and prepare KPI/DPI reports and Power BI inputs to identify deviations, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to CRM, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI and related tools through business requirements, test preparation, user acceptance testing and issue tracking
• Coordinate action lists, workshops and project documentation, ensuring timely follow-up across Sales, Customer Service, IT and other functions
• Carry out master data and process-quality checks to improve data completeness, consistency and usability across Lead-to-Cash
• Prepare user guides, training materials and communications, and assist with training sessions to drive consistent adoption
• Gather user feedback and recurring issues, translating them into structured improvement proposals for the responsible process leads
• Support audits and internal controls by compiling evidence and maintaining required process documentation

Your Profile

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field, alternatively a relevant commercial or technical qualification
• Previous relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, process management, business analysis, project support or reporting; graduates with relevant internships are equally welcome
• Basic understanding of Lead-to-Order and/or Order-to-Cash processes, combined with the motivation to build strong end-to-end process knowledge
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data, including practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, SAP or ServiceNow is an advantage
• Structured, accurate and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow actions through to completion
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in an international, cross-functional environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with an interest in process improvement, digital tools and automation
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage
