• Solid understanding of ITIL Foundation principles.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computers, network connectivity, and peripherals.
• Support information security activities, including handling security events and incidents.
• Document IT processes and procedures following ITIL guidelines.
• Monitor network services and communications infrastructure.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update records.
• Provide end-user support for Office 365, conferencing tools, and business apps.
