Job summary

Oboya Horticulture Peru is seeking an experienced Horticulture Sales Representative to develop long-term relationships with customers in Peru, promote Oboya’s product portfolio, and identify market opportunities to grow business.

You will negotiate terms, prepare offers, travel within Peru, and provide technical and commercial support, while collaborating with international sales teams at an established, growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in horticulture or related sectors.
• Good knowledge of the Peru horticultural market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Peru.
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license.
