Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance, strategy consulting, corporate development, or finance (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance).
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Solutions products and industry dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across functions and levels.
• Sales-oriented mindset to support and drive business growth within Corporate Solutions.
• Ability to present ideas and analyses clearly in writing and verbally (English and Bahasa).
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership and external partners.
