AIA Indonesia is seeking an Actuary to review distribution channel campaigns, costs, and channel compensation, and to support channel profitability forecasting. You will analyze financial performance and insurance policy management to help maintain financial wellbeing.

The role requires a Bachelor's in math/actuarial, 2 years' experience, actuarial exams progress, and strong English. You will work across Bancassurance channels, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and sound financial targets.

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or actuarial area.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar area.
• Student of Local or International Actuarial Exams.
• Good commands in English.

Responsabilidades

• Review distribution channel campaign costs and benefits against financial targets.
• Propose changes to schemes, terms and conditions as needed.
• Perform risk and financial assessments on proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensure testing of new/updated compensation in the system.
• Update channel profitability forecasting regularly and highlight actions to meet targets.

Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed.* Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.* Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.* Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target.* Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately.**Qualifications:*** Min.
