Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed.* Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.* Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.* Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target.* Liaise with various departments to get data, insight or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing finance material to be presented to EXCO.* Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately.*Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.*
