MGM Resorts International is seeking a Fitness Instructor for Bellagio in Las Vegas. You will guide guests through personalized fitness experiences, promoting strength, movement, balance and well-being. The role emphasizes delivering energy, exceptional service, and guest satisfaction in a luxury resort setting.

The starting rate is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to promote wellness and retail offerings across hotel facilities and services.

Formación

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a fitness instructor.
• Certified Fitness Instructor Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide services including following directions, multitasking, understanding guest needs, and working with a team.
• Maintain knowledge of fitness equipment and latest trends and techniques.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00, plus tips

The Day-to-day

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Provide services including but not limited to, follow directions thoroughly, multitask in various situations, understand guest service needs, work cohesively with co‑workers as part of a team, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
• Maintain a working knowledge of all fitness equipment in the fitness area, retail and be informed of the latest trends and techniques
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a fitness instructor
• Certified Fitness Instructor Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
