EC Electric is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from marketing through close out and customer follow-up. The role demands a proven track record in profit, supervision, and contract management, with strong client relations and fiscal oversight.

Responsibilities include planning, estimating, and coordinating diverse electrical scopes while maintaining safety culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market.
• Prior design/build experience.
• Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience writing detailed scope proposals.
• Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, estimating software (ConEst a plus).
• Excellent people, communication and negotiating skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial work.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
• Decision making concerning project cost, time and performance.
• Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions.
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Coordinate and direct workforce.
• Supporting an injury-free work environment and safety culture.

Salaryrangeforthispositionis$115,000-$180,000annually.

Opportunityforadiscretionaryyear-endbonus.
