Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale electrical construction projects in renewable energy and power infrastructure. You will lead projects from planning through execution, directing teams across solar, storage, substations, and EV charging initiatives.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost controls, safety, and client relations, with travel to sites as needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in energy project management and strong leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within renewable energy, solar, battery storage, power delivery, electrical construction, or related industries.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of estimating, procurement, project controls, and cost accounting.

We're seeking a Project Manager with experience overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects in the renewable energy and power infrastructure sector. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from planning through execution while leading high-performing teams across utility-scale solar, battery energy storage (BESS), substations, EV charging, and other energy infrastructure projects.

• Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a positive project culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within renewable energy, solar, battery storage, power delivery, electrical construction, or related industries
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of estimating, procurement, project controls, and cost accounting
• Experience working with union labor environments preferred
• Knowledge of labor agreements, workforce planning, and labor rate calculations
• Proven leadership experience managing field and project teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project assignments

Project based position. First site will be Enterprise, NV and then moving to Boulder City, NV in November.
