Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, BD, or customer-facing roles.

• Mandarin proficiency (intermediate+) is a plus.

About the Role:

Responsible for managing and growing customer relationships while driving performance across an assigned portfolio of medium-sized accounts within a designated geographic area or market segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities to close market, product, and company gaps, driving incremental growth and revenue generation.
• Act as a true "hunter", continuously prospecting, engaging, and converting new customers across target segments and industries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities and sustainable business growth.
• Drive commercial excellence by leveraging CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and high-quality data integrity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and performance of the Direct Transport Sales channel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Strong track record of achieving commercial targets and driving sustainable business growth.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency (intermediate level or above) is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, leveraging data and insights to drive commercial success.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities in competitive markets.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align both internal and external stakeholders.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking and develop creative commercial solutions.
