Peoplyee is looking for a senior customs clearance manager based in Jakarta to lead import/export clearance operations. The role requires deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, a robust network with authorities, and the ability to coordinate with clients and freight partners to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in customs brokerage or customs clearance management in a logistics/freight forwarding company.
• Valid Customs Brokerage Services Management certification or customs broker certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations.
• Established working relationships with Indonesian customs authorities.
• Lebaran Allowance: 1 month of salary (THR).

Responsabilidades

• Manage customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
• Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and documents in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs-related issues, discrepancies, and delays.
• Ensure all procedures, declarations, and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on procedures, required documentation, duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customs documents, transactions, and communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customs authorities and stakeholders.
• Perform other customs-related duties assigned by management.
