Peoplyee in Jakarta seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead branch teams, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize processes for efficient distribution.

The role requires 8–10 years in warehousing/logistics with 3–5 years in management, strong leadership and vendor coordination skills, and proficiency in ERP/WMS/TMS systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead warehouse branch leaders and teams to maintain accurate, efficient, and consistent operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability through effective controls, monitoring, and regular reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse space, capacity, and workflows to improve utilization and operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and service levels.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse vendors through performance monitoring, evaluation, coordination, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate warehouse and delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, obsolete, and non-saleable inventory and coordinate appropriate liquidation or corrective actions.
• Lead cost-saving and productivity initiatives through vendor negotiations, process improvements, and operational restructuring.
• Manage warehouse budgets and operating expenses while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
• Supervise and develop warehouse and logistics teams, including internal employees and third-party personnel.
• Use enterprise resource planning, warehouse management, transportation management, and logistics data systems to strengthen inventory visibility, reporting, operational control, and decision-making.
• Analyze operational issues across branch warehouses, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Language: English proficiency is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and coordinating with vendors.
• Strong knowledge of standard operating procedure development, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning, warehouse management, transportation management, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
