Job summary

Newrest Peru seeks an experienced finance leader to report to the Country Manager and Group CFO, overseeing accounting, treasury, tax, payroll, and internal control within the subsidiary.

This role drives budgeting, monthly reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning in an international, fast-growing environment; a Finance Master is required, with English and Spanish fluency and willingness for worldwide mobility.

Qualifications

• Finance Master Degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the local administrative team (accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury, internal control, cost control, payroll).
• Ensure production of the subsidiary's corporate accounts and payroll and guarantee compliance with local accounting, tax and social obligations.
• Set up and apply group standards and procedures within the subsidiary.
• Lead the budget process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, CAPEX, etc…).
• Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings.
• Manage relations with supervisory authorities.
• Elaborate monthly reporting and ensure control of activities as well as operational dashboards.
• Manage cash position with banking institutions and the group.
• Animate relationship with third parties: customers, suppliers, auditors, insurances.
• Ensure daily relationship with head office and provide adhoc analyses as requested.

Missions

Position based in Peru

• Finance Master Degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• A first international experience will be very appreciated
