A major hospitality company in Lima seeks a Butler for The Cosmopolitan to ensure guests have a unique and memorable experience. Responsibilities include preparing suites, providing exceptional service, and maintaining standards. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, experience in food and beverage service, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends. This part-time position offers competitive pay starting at $20.35/hr plus tips and various employee benefits.

The Job

As a Butler at The Cosmopolitan, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for guests. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.35/hr plus tips

The Day-to-day

• Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare suites prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service setup with any special requirements.
• Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager to ensure proper delivery.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are maintained in excellent condition.
• Maintain the butler pantry and equipment to meet company standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in food and beverage, preferably with some fine dining background.
• Bilingual skills in Korean or Chinese are a plus.
