We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and leading a team of chefs to consistently deliver high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the restaurant management
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety, hygiene, and proper cooking techniques
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget goals
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino or Nepali languages is an advantage

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
