Overview

Maintenance specialist vacancy in Muscat Oman.

Responsibilities

• ITI / Diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure that all machines are in good working condition.
• Repairing, maintaining and providing technical attention to all kitchen equipment.
• Maintain all mechanical, electrical and LPG gas systems in the kitchen.
• Preventive maintenance of all kitchen and LPG equipment.
• Good working knowledge of hot ranges, kettles, braising pans, convection ovens, mixers, pass counters, cold cabinets, dishwashers, hot cabinets and related equipment.
