Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Engineer for water treatment systems in Oman with 5-6+ years in the field. The role focuses on RO, chlorination, sewage treatment and dosing systems, including design input and technical proposals.

You will develop new customers, coordinate with principals, and travel to cover assigned geographies, building a profitable, diverse portfolio while ensuring timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering preferred) with 5-6+ years in Water Treatment sales and 3 years in design background.
• Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with exposure to RO plants, wastewater and dosing systems.
• Marketing/Business Administration PG with Water Treatment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing for RO systems, chlorination, sewage treatment and desalination systems.
• Develop dosing systems, HVAC flushing and chemical sales.
• Engage customers, demonstrate products, drive opportunities through the sales cycle and travel within the territory.
• Understand techno-commercial proposals, prepare submittals with P&ID and BOQ’s.
• Collaborate with customers and principals on design and pricing issues and develop new clients.
• Maintain customer database, generate leads and ensure timely receivables.
