Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within water treatment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Membership or working toward chartership (e.g., RICS or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
• Administer contracts in accordance with NEC, FIDIC, or other applicable forms.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial summaries for management.
