Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Voice Engineering or IP Telephony.
- Cisco CCNA Voice or CCNP Voice certification.
- Strong understanding of VoIP and SIP/RTP protocols.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise IP telephony and VoIP solutions.
- Monitor voice infrastructure and troubleshoot service issues.
- Configure Cisco voice systems and platforms.
- Analyze call quality issues and implement fixes.
- Assist with upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Document configurations and procedures.
