Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in telecom VAS performance and operations.
• Good knowledge of telecom protocols such as SMPP, HTTP, SIP, SS7, and Diameter.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like ENIQ, CEM, or similar.
• Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G Core network integration.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze VAS platform performance, ensuring KPI/KQI compliance.
• Troubleshoot service issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize platforms including USSD, MCN, VMS, RBT, SMSC.
• Conduct capacity planning and traffic analysis.
• Develop performance reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with various teams and support automation initiatives.
