This role involves taking full ownership of the TMT sector, developing a sector strategy, and originating M&A and capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in investment banking with proven success in TMT transactions.

Key qualifications include a strong client network and an entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience within investment banking (M&A and/or capital markets).
• Proven track record of originating and executing TMT transactions.
• Strong existing client relationships within the sector.
• Comfortable operating as a first mover / standalone sector lead.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) vertical.
• Develop and execute a sector strategy identifying key opportunities and growth areas.
• Originate and lead M&A advisory and capital markets transactions.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships across corporates, government entities, and investors.
